Due to hygiene and health and safety laws, we do not offer refunds for our custom made wig units or products however; we do offer partial refunds on services as long as it is not added on as a free service.

We are not liable for any damage to your product(s) once received. A refund nor an exchange will be offered. This includes any chemicals or hair products that you or any other person uses.

Hairmate.Co is not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. Professional assistance is suggested when colouring you hair extensions.

Please ensure if any issues or concerns occur with the product(s), this must be raised within 24hrs of receiving your product/ service.
